Avance — we are a privately held company operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2004 and are headquartered in Bogotá, Colombia.

Through our software Avance (Database Management System for Psychology), we seek to transform competitive, comparative companies into collaborative and sustainable workplaces that foster adaptation through creativity (4D). Our services aim to generate economic value and reduce costs in organizations, addressing parameters of social responsibility, employee retention, and sense of purpose among workers. We deliver our services through Avance by applying a structured approach to support organizations in adopting practices that promote collaboration and sustainability. We focus on value creation and cost reduction while attending to social responsibility, retention, and a sense of purpose among workers.

Our specialties include talent selection, improvement of work teams, occupational safety and health, evaluation of negotiation processes and collective relations, workplace harassment, reinforced job stability, crisis management for executives, and management of millennials in the workplace.
