Elegant Recruitment is a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry, and we were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

We were founded in 2016 by a group of four Cambodian people as an independent local professional recruitment agency providing personalized, customized, comprehensive, human resource services for local and international organizations with standard skillful HR services. We have supported our clients with executive search and selection, recommended effective human resource structures, recruitment planning, and other HR consultancy related to human resource problems.

To tackle recruiting challenges, local and international organizations in Cambodia turn to us for high-quality, experienced, potential applicant sourcing.
