We are v-shesh, a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2009 and are headquartered in Chennai, India.

Our purpose is to create social impact by improving access to opportunity for those who are disadvantaged due to their disability, socio-economic status or being from a non-metro location. We believe that the first job has the maximum impact on job seekers, their families and society at large.

We deliver training services by bringing learning and skill development services to underserved consumers with an enterprise-like approach that focuses on effectiveness and efficiency. Our efforts may take the form of developing new services within education, learning and skill development space, delivering a service differently, or at locations where such services are not available. We assist organizations in becoming truly inclusive employers by hiring persons with disabilities aligned with their requirements. We also provide consulting to help organizations gain insights into needs and delivery challenges in serving BoP consumers by designing and executing projects in sub-sectors such as Creditplus services, Nutrition and Renewable energy.

We provide employment services for persons with disabilities, inclusion assessments and access audits, assist firms in inclusive employment, deliver disability awareness sessions, support financial inclusion for persons with disabilities, and provide education services for persons with disabilities.

We operate in India, with activity in several cities including Chennai, Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Bhopal and Mumbai.

We are an investee company of First Light Ventures, which is part of Atlanta-based Gray Ghost Ventures.
