We are yJyA - yourJobyourAdventure GmbH, a publicly held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Vienna, Austria.

Our purpose is to support companies in finding talent by managing the recruitment process—from candidate search and screening to the organization of interviews—so they can focus on their core competencies while receiving qualified candidates.
