We are Найдём, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Minsk, Belarus.

We are a new, dynamically developing company created in Moscow in 2022, focusing on staffing across diverse industries and helping people develop their careers by finding work that brings satisfaction, joy, and increased income.

We operate in Belarus and Russia. In early 2023 we opened a branch in Minsk and provide staffing of Belarusian workers to Russia for shift-based work. We view this direction as promising, given the close integration between Russia and Belarus and the aim of providing equal and simplified employment opportunities for workers.

We are currently expanding with new projects and participants. Our motto is to make this world better and kinder through our work for the benefit of every person — candidate, manager, and company owner.

We believe that when we perform our work professionally and with soul, the result will be meaningful. We have high expertise in staffing across construction, the pharmaceutical industry, sales, IT, and service personnel.

A separate line of business focuses on staffing for company leaders and high-status families who have the highest requirements for their future managers and workers.
