AYTI KA is a self-employed organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Moscow, Russia.

For us, it is important to help connect people and companies while respecting the needs of both sides. We value any kind of work and treat clients with care. We want everyone to benefit from working with us. We find candidates, each of whom is talented in some area, and we match them with vacancies that can benefit the world. We identify the potential and needs of both sides to connect them in the most relevant way.

Our staff can locate candidates, even from hard-to-reach sources, reach out to them, understand candidates' needs, abilities, and potential, understand employers' needs and capabilities, and help clients make informed decisions about working with each other. We also manage the outcomes of our work and of the team as a whole.
