We are #مبادرة_راجع, a nonprofit organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

We are a volunteer‑driven initiative that brings together a group of Saudi HR professionals contributing according to specific plans to strengthen the Saudi labor market and support those who lost their jobs due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We provide fast solutions and services designed to address the crisis, support adaptation to changing work patterns, and help those affected by refining their skills, receiving guidance, and preparing for and securing employment, without any obligation on the initiative's members.

We deliver these services through volunteer collaboration among Saudi HR professionals, guided by defined plans to support the labor market and those impacted by the pandemic.
