Telam - Employment for Adults Association, we are a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1973 and are headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Our purpose is to support and accompany adults aged 60+ in entering the workforce. We connect job seekers with employers who are interested in hiring workers matched to their needs and with supportive guidance. Older job seekers and employers who want to include older workers are invited to contact us. We aim to promote public awareness and diverse, multigenerational workplaces and to improve the economic and social well-being of older adults in society.

We deliver our services by facilitating connections between job seekers and employers, supporting the placement with guidance and follow-up. We operate employment frameworks across the country where older citizens are employed, coordinating matchmaking and ongoing assistance.
