We are A1 Internationl, a self-owned staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. Our headquarters are in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We focus on recruiting healthy, energetic workers through our services to benefit employers. We maintain a substantial database of Bangladeshi workers in skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled categories to speed up the recruitment process and to provide services according to employers' specific requirements.

We inspect and survey the real development and working performance of each worker, and when necessary we provide training, orientation courses, and practical help to raise their skills and adaptability. Bangladeshi workers, skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled, are readily available in considerable numbers for immediate employment, and wages are directly related to skill and productivity.

We operate in Bangladesh to support employers across the country and to facilitate overseas employment opportunities through recruiting processes that align with local regulations.

We recognize that the Labor and Manpower Ministry is engaged in improving working environments at home and helping skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled manpower find opportunities for overseas employment through recruiting agents approved by the Government of Bangladesh.
