Acrip Santanderes — we are a nonprofit organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Bucaramanga, Colombia.

We serve as the Santander and Norte de Santander Chapter of the Colombian Federation of Human Resource Management – ACRIP. Our work supports the development and improvement of talent management in the country, contributing to the growth of Colombian companies and to their productivity.

We focus on the professionalization of human resources administration. We participate in the changes that HR areas have experienced and contribute as actors through knowledge shared at events such as congresses, symposia, research, meetings, and trainings, among others, where we learn from regional and global organizational models.

Our specialties include human resources, human management, talent management, people management, and human resources.

We operate in Colombia as the Santander and Norte de Santander Chapter of the Colombian Federation of Human Resource Management – ACRIP, with our headquarters in Bucaramanga.
