We operate in Norway and have a Scandinavian network, with offices in Oslo, Bergen, Porsgrunn and Gothenburg. We are a member of InterSearch Worldwide, with a presence in more than 50 countries globally. We have a network of over 3,000 leaders and board candidates in Scandinavia. We assist private equity environments, publicly listed companies, SMEs and public-sector organizations with challenging leadership needs—whether it is permanent hires, interim leadership or board strengthening.
