We are AIDP Calabria, a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry, headquartered in Calabria, Italy.

We were established in 1960 as an apolitical association formed by individual, voluntary members without profit motive. We aim to valorize the professionalism of our members and to be an active participant in the development of human resources within organizations, in the broader context of our country's social evolution, to promote the centrality of the person and human dignity within the enterprise and society.

We are organized into regional and interregional groups and we are active members of the EAPM (European Association of Personnel Management) and the WFPMA (World Federation of Personnel Management Associations). We publish two magazines for our members: Direzione del Personale (quarterly) and Hamlet (bimonthly), with Hamlet distributed in newsstands together with the Impresa edition, and we publish a series of books on HR management with Guerini e Associati Editore. Our activities are oriented toward young people seeking employment and professional guidance, promoting formative initiatives such as master’s programs, sessions on job-search methods (curriculum, interview, self-assessment, responses to job ads, etc.), internship opportunities, career information events, and scholarships.

We operate in Italy through a network of regional and interregional groups as part of the broader Italian human resources community.

Our work is centered on promoting the centrality of the person and human dignity within the enterprise and society, particularly through initiatives for youth seeking employment and professional orientation, including master’s programs, job-search workshops, internships, career information sessions, and scholarships.
