ALDAI-Federmanager is a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1945 and are headquartered in Milan, Italy.

We are the major territorial organization, a hub of competencies and a reference for managers in the industrial system. We represent and safeguard industrial managers, offering services to support and assist at all stages of the managerial career, including guidance on union matters, pensions, taxation, and supplementary health. We also provide services related to the professional and family life of our members, aimed at opportunities for cultural, social, and networking development. We, together with Federmanager Lombardia, represent a large membership and act as representative associations that—beyond the traditional activities inherent to the negotiating role—express professional competencies carrying an enterprise culture and values such as innovation, competitiveness, meritocracy, responsibility, ethics, and social awareness.

We deliver our activities as a privileged reference on the territory for managers who want to contribute to the development of a new managerial culture. Our interlocutors include entrepreneurial associations, companies, public institutions, universities, and centers of excellence. Our activity provides strong strategic impetus to cooperation among the actors involved in industrial development—such as internationalization and innovation—and we position ourselves as an interlocutor of civil society, bringing extensive managerial competencies to bear.
