We are Alternativa LaOleh, a nonprofit voluntary association operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 1993 and are headquartered in Herzliya, Israel.

Our purpose is to assist new immigrants in finding employment in Israel.

Our approach fuses the solidarity, enthusiasm and vocation for service of a volunteer association with the seriousness, efficiency and functionality of a highly professional employment agency.

We are a non-profit association that specializes in finding jobs for immigrants and in job placement for immigrants, and we operate as an Israeli non-profit.

Our statutes, activities and balances comply with the norms and requirements of the Registry of Amutot of the Ministry of Justice, which supervises our operation and extends the annual certification known as Nihul Takin ('Correct Administration') in an interrupted form since our founding in 2003.
