We are Anzæt, a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark.

We recognise that the demands on job centers continue to rise across the country, and that asking staff to work faster is not a sustainable solution. The answer is to work more easily and to collaborate more smartly. This insight arose after many years of working in a job center using the traditional approach. With a desire to create more job openings for unemployed citizens and to free resources for particularly challenging cases, Anzæt arose as a method and a system that gives the job center the ability to collaborate with more Other Actors at the same time and thereby maximize the impact of the efforts for the individual citizen.

When we implement Anzæt in a new job center, our experience shows that we not only improve the job center's results, but we also increase value for all parties in the employment ecosystem — for the job center's own staff, for the Other Actors' consultants, and for the individual citizen.
