Appromed GmbH is a publicly held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Cologne, Germany.

We were founded in 2019 with the aim to turn traditional headhunting on its head. We do not perform active sourcing for external companies, but align our actions with our candidates, their wishes and goals. Since then we have grown steadily, improved continually, and have convinced hundreds of doctors and dozens of medical facilities of our advisory concept. We counsel doctors comprehensively and find for them positions that improve their satisfaction and quality of life. We support medical facilities in filling their open positions with candidates who are professionally and personally suitable. We do not scatter the applications of our candidates, but place them deliberately and with purpose.
