We deliver HR consultancy and a range of administrative HR services. We prepare and manage personnel files with all necessary updates, draft employment contracts and register them in REVISAL, and prepare all documents that modify individual employment contracts within legally established deadlines. We complete and register the registry for employee records; draft internal regulations and job descriptions; prepare documentation for starting negotiations of a collective bargaining agreement; issue employee certificates for salary, medical, income, unemployment, seniority, and other purposes; prepare the collective attendance sheet; prepare and submit declarations concerning nominal insured persons and obligations to social security; prepare payment orders related to obligations to the state budget; perform payroll calculations (hourly/daily), calculate bonuses, and manage vacation pay; prepare lists of meal vouchers and place orders; record wage-related changes; record deductions/advances/withholdings; calculate allowances for medical leave or parental leave; represent in relations with state authorities in the field; monitor legislation in HR administration and payroll and inform clients about legislative changes that impact their activity; provide support in case of inspections by state authorities at client premises in Bucharest and Ilfov.
