[] Arbeitskreis Personalmarketing & Recruiting is a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Esslingen am Neckar, Germany.

We are a volunteer-organized working group offering a unique exchange and innovation platform for those responsible for personnel marketing and recruiting. We coordinate an invitation-based initiative to balance participation across companies, ensuring it is not tied to a paid membership. We connect with more than 600 mid-sized and large companies from diverse industries who regularly exchange within our network, and quarterly meetings involve more than 60 participants in the Stuttgart metropolitan area. In the current COVID-19 phase, we meet regularly online.

Topics and trends are contributed by participants, and at the personal meetings companies report experiences in keynote talks, which are then addressed in Open Space working groups by the participants.

We specialise in the working group, personal marketing, university marketing, recruiting, C2N, network, and know-how.

We operate in Germany, with in-person meetings in the Stuttgart metropolitan area and online events during the current COVID-19 phase.

Our intention is to establish an open, advertisement-free exchange platform for the HR community to exchange.
