Argo Shipping Services Odessa Ltd. We are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2006 and are headquartered in Odessa, Ukraine.

Our activities include crewing and the full cycle of preparation and transportation of crew to vessels, addressing the demands of ship owners or managers. This includes visa procedures, flight bookings with special fares for seafarers, land travel by mini-bus and train to the nearest airport or directly to the port of embarkation when possible, working gear, and flag state certificates. We continue to assist ship owners in all questions regarding crew until final disembarkation of seafarers, and we are available 24 hours and always ready for service. We also provide staffing for shipyards with experienced staff (electrical specialists, welders, fitters, painters, etc.) generally for shipyards in Singapore, Australia, Bahamas, and Europe. Most of our specialists hold USA and Schengen visas and consistently work worldwide. With the help of our partners, we can assist also in full ship management, shipyard repair of vessels, and to assist you in chartering.

We deliver these services by coordinating the full crew cycle, including visa procedures, flight bookings, and travel arrangements, and by providing working gear and flag state certificates. We maintain 24-hour availability to respond to service requests and guide ship owners through crew processes until final disembarkation.
