Crewing Agency Nautilus

Crewing Agency Nautilus is a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1996 and are headquartered in Mykolaiv, Ukraine.

We supply international ship-owners with qualified crew. We are officially registered and licensed by the Government of Ukraine. We have demonstrated qualitative, reliable and cost-effective results to ship-owners from Europe. According to ship-owners' requests we can provide either complete or partial crews.

Applicants are screened to verify experience, competence, fitness and English comprehension using testing programs prior to enlistment, in accordance with ISM requirements. We conduct rigid screening of new applicants based on our requirements, the ISM Code and the quality standards of ship-owners.

We specialise in crewing, HR, and recruiting. Our constantly refreshing database includes Ukrainian and Russian seafarers (all ranks) who have worked on different types of ships, including container ships, bulk carriers, general cargo vessels, motor tankers, DP-fitted vessels, Platform Supply vessels, AHTs and ROV support vessels.

Our geographic presence includes offices in Mykolaiv, Ukraine; Odessa, Ukraine; Sevastopol, Ukraine; and St. Petersburg, Russia.
