About ASTRA Mentoring Project
We are ASTRA Mentoring Project, operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Birkirkara, Malta.
In line with fundamental EU values and the UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 5 on Gender Equality and Women's Empowerment, we pursue gender equality and women's empowerment by equipping women with the tools and confidence to take on leadership roles. We are part of a transnational project on women’s empowerment co-funded by the European Union, implemented in partnership with multiple organizations. We seek to empower talented women wishing to take on leadership roles via a targeted training and mentoring program.
We deliver a targeted training and mentoring program designed to empower women to take on leadership roles.
Our areas of specialization include Gender Equality, Mentoring, Sustainability, Corporate Sustainability, ESG, Corporate Governance, and Human Resources.
