We are B Search / Burckhart Consulting Corp. We are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1984 and are headquartered in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

We were established in 1984 to provide executive recruitment and head hunter services, and our goal is to dispense quality services by establishing a working and productive partnership with the client.

We implement a proven, carefully structured program to achieve solid results. We focus on recruitment across management and technical positions in disciplines such as sales and marketing, general management, finance, treasury investments, accounting, cost systems, human resources, IT systems, engineering, and other business disciplines.
