Over three years, we published 1,160 job vacancies, connecting thousands of talents with opportunities. We added more than 6,500 talents to our platform, and 730 companies chose us to build their dream teams. We have established strategic partnerships with Unit.city, Choice31, Projector, Beetroot Academy, Laba, and others. We signed a Memorandum with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and conducted research on switchers and juniors. We represented Ukraine at Web Summit 2023 in Lisbon and organized the largest Ukrainian networking event there with SendPulse. We were recognized as Startup of the Year 2023 in Kyiv by HackerNoon. We introduced BazaIT Defense, a recruitment initiative and exclusive community for the military sector. We won a Google grant to power our most ambitious projects. We graduated from the Startup Wise Guys program, learning from top global experts to make BazaIT even better. We’ve also launched Product Mindset Growth, an educational initiative training future Product Managers and Digital Marketers with experts from Kiss My Apps, Skelar, Universe Group, AMO, Brainstack, and Jooble.
