Blue Partner / Green Solutions is a privately held organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Lima, Peru.

We are a family. Our main motivation is that our collaborators are happy, because we know that when they are happy they can perform at their best and help achieve the company’s common objectives. This happiness is achieved by fulfilling our training plans to foster the personal and professional development of each of our collaborators. In addition, we carry out activities that involve their families. We consider recognizing their achievements very important. Finally, we promote teamwork through sessions that help everyone get to know each other and thus recognize each other’s interests.
