Blue Season

Blue Season is a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2024 and are headquartered in Belgrade, Serbia.

We specialise in seasonal hospitality staffing and connect employers with workers in the hospitality sector. We have placed workers from Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and North Macedonia in hotels and restaurants in Croatia and Montenegro, and we are expanding to Greece. With a strong background in hospitality management and international experience in Greece, the United Arab Emirates, Croatia, and Serbia, we understand the needs of both employers and workers.

We deliver staffing services by leveraging our regional knowledge and network to identify suitable candidates and coordinate placements that meet the requirements of hospitality employers and workers.

Our geographic scope includes Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, and Greece, with international experience in Greece, the United Arab Emirates, Croatia, and Serbia to support our work.

We maintain a deep presence in the Serbian market, providing access to a wide network of experienced and motivated candidates.
