BOMI

We are BOMI, a nonprofit, self-governing institution operating in the human resources industry. We comprise Erhvervscenteret BOMI, Rehabiliteringcentret BOMI, and Hjerneskadecentret BOMI. We are headquartered in Roskilde, Denmark.

We specialise in employment services. We have solid experience in bringing citizens back to work or closer to work where there is doubt about work capacity. We offer employment-oriented programs as well as clarifying measures that determine whether a case should be handled by the rehabilitation team.

We have many years of experience developing work capacity for participants with threatened or reduced work capacity. The participant's case is, as a rule, fully processed within the rehabilitation team. We offer targeted individual resource pathways, rehabilitation pathways, flexible job pathways, and sheltered employment.

We operate through three centers that are part of our organization. Erhvervscenteret BOMI provides employment-focused programs and clarifying measures that inform how a case should proceed. Rehabiliteringcentret BOMI provides targeted, individual resource programs, rehabilitation programs, flexible job programs, and sheltered employment. Hjerneskadecentret BOMI offers specialized rehabilitation for adults who have sustained a brain injury and are discharged from hospital to home.
