We are Borsch - Recruitment Of The Future, a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We are headquartered in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Our aim is to make the search for people for business better and faster. We set ambitious goals, including closing 100% of our clients' vacancies within seven days. While we do not guarantee this result yet, we are working toward it. We believe that a team is always more than the sum of its parts. For every vacancy, a team works on it rather than a single recruiter. The team also makes the decision to recommend a candidate and is responsible for meeting deadlines. Teamwork helps people reveal their best qualities and avoid mistakes.
