Bretagne Alternance, we are a government agency operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Rennes, France.

We provide a training pathway that combines time in a training center with time in a company, supporting apprenticeship and professionalization contracts from CAP to BAC+5. We observe that in Brittany this approach enables a diploma and employment in many trades, and the experience and qualifications gained support rapid entry into the professional world: more than eight out of ten apprentices are in employment within a year of qualification.

We deliver this by combining periods in training centers with periods in companies, covering apprenticeship and professionalization contracts from CAP to BAC+5.
