BRICK Human Resource Consulting is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Bucharest, Romania.

We aim to build an upward path for candidates and establish long-term partnerships with customers. We focus on the quality of the HR services we offer and seek to eliminate downtime in completing recruitment projects. We actively work to develop the human resources market in Romania by improving the quality of our services and by positioning ourselves correctly between candidate and client, and between client and candidate.

We provide customers with professionalism, complete recruitment projects in a safe manner, and recommend the most suitable candidates as soon as possible, using the proper working tools. For candidates, we strive to ensure the right working place according to their personal and professional profiles, privacy in relation to their current employer and other third parties, a unique interview experience, realistic and immediate feedback, and pre- and post-employment support and motivation.
