Bridger.dk

Bridger.dk is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Odense, Denmark.

We work to build bridges between talents and the business world, and in practice this means we help companies and talents reach one another so they can more easily see the opportunities a collaboration offers them.

Since 2016 we have been active in the recruitment industry, matching talents and companies in the form of interns, student assistants, project hires, as well as part-time and full-time positions. Our focus has always been to match companies with the right competencies—not titles—and to secure the right personality and culture match.

In 2021 we launched an innovative job-seeking course to help job seekers tell employers how they can create value for them.

We aim to create bridges across candidates and companies, and with services that address both job seekers and the business world, we have insight into both worlds.
