We are Business Active, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2008 and are headquartered in Kyiv, Ukraine.

We provide executive search services and C-suite recruitment for local and international companies in Ukraine and globally. We search for talented leaders, board directors, attract independent experts, and we also conduct searches for department and division managers. We work with the organization's needs in mind, offering candidates and solutions for the company. We are accredited by the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC).

Since 2019, we have been a partner of Cornerstone International Group (CIG). This partnership allows us and our clients to work with global practices in searching and attracting leadership, to use a global knowledge base, and to conduct searches for candidates worldwide.
