Æ Byró — we are a privately held recruitment and advisory agency operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2024 and are headquartered in Vorupør, Denmark.

We are anchored in Thy, with reach across the country, and our purpose is to support organizations with recruitment and advisory services. We can handle all or parts of the recruitment process to secure hires, advise on establishing or optimizing an in-house recruitment unit, and act as a sparring partner for hiring managers or HR staff.
