Cap emploi 77 is a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Dammarie-lès-Lys, Île-de-France, France.

We are dedicated to a public service mission to prepare, accompany, provide sustained follow-up, and maintain employment for people with disabilities. We serve people with disabilities seeking employment, employees, self-employed workers and public sector staff who wish to pursue professional retraining, as well as private or public employers, regardless of the size of the organization. Since January 1, 2018, our missions have been expanded to include maintaining employment.

To be present on the territory, Cap emploi 77 maintains four branches in Seine-et-Marne: Dammarie-lès-Lys, Torcy, Nemours and Meaux. The teams across the branches are available to people in situations of disability to facilitate access to employment, prevent ruptures, manage career transitions and guarantee their maintenance in employment. Cap emploi 77 informs, advises and accompanies employers in their recruitment and the maintenance of employment. Seine et Marne Emploi Handicap (SMEH) is the managing organization of Cap emploi 77.

We are based in France, with four branches in the Seine-et-Marne department of the Île-de-France region. Seine et Marne Emploi Handicap is the managing organization of Cap emploi 77.

In 2011, Ohé Prométhée transformed and became Seine et Marne Emploi Handicap with the creation within its Board of Directors of a college composed of partners, institutional representatives and qualified persons.
