We are Career Art, a self-owned staffing and recruiting company founded in 2014 and headquartered in Kyiv City, Ukraine.

Our mission is to minimize the distance between IT specialists and their employers by building global, candidate-oriented relationships and by applying a deep understanding of HR branding. We take an individually oriented approach to fulfill the most challenging client requests. We operate with a global business orientation focused on satisfying the HR and recruitment needs of core companies, and we maintain a candidate orientation by seeking quality IT staff, attracting candidates through people-oriented communications and providing ongoing career support.

We follow a five-step cooperation process: job order negotiations and signing a recruitment agreement; show 1-2 relevant candidates each working week; job offering to the final candidate; candidates first working day payment; final payment when the trial finishes successfully.

Our specialties are IT Recruitment, HR consulting, Executive Search, and Recruitments. We provide IT recruitment for management, support, and technical positions. We offer HR consulting projects including employer branding strategy implementation, retention processes development, ATS development, and compensation and benefit programs. We provide career services including individual career counseling and support, and leadership and motivation coaching.

We source and recruit candidates in Eastern Europe, including Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia, and we hire IT specialists for United States and Europe projects and companies.

We have completed over 2000 closed vacancies across all projects and placed over 200 candidates.
