Career Design S.A.R.L is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2005 and are headquartered in Jdeideh, Lebanon.

We were established in 2005 when we pooled the best brains in the recruitment industry to launch a company that sets high standards for itself and, through our modern approach, aims at improving the current state of the industry in the region. To counteract the pitfalls of the recruitment process that clients and candidates face, we pooled the expertise of experienced professionals to overcome these barriers.

We focus on addressing recruitment challenges by applying our expertise to overcome barriers in the process, using a practical, process-focused approach.
