We are Castberggård, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1993.

We offer a range of programs for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals who are outside the labor market or at risk of losing their jobs due to hearing problems or deafness. We can visit workplaces to provide presentations or to assess the workplace from a hearing perspective, including acoustics and assistive devices, and we explain the challenges of hearing loss for employees and management. Job centers, companies and other stakeholders are welcome to contact us for professional input on hearing problems, and we provide guidance and answer questions.
