We are Co Impact - קו אימפקט השותפות לקידום תעסוקה בחברה הערבית. We operate in the Human Resources industry as a nonprofit organization. We are headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel.

We work to advance the integration of workers from the Arab community in Israel into the general business sector, in roles that enable workers to realize their capabilities. We collaborate with large companies in the economy to embed in-depth, broad processes for diversity and inclusion of workers from the Arab sector. To date, the initiative has entered 55 companies, and we aim to implement the approach in 100 such companies in the coming years.
