We are Coaching Kariery, a privately held organization operating in the Human Resources industry, headquartered in Krakow, Poland.

We support people at different stages of their professional lives, from those with no experience to specialists and managers with long careers, including senior management. We are career advisers who also conduct active recruitment within recruitment agency structures, which gives us practical knowledge about how employers search for candidates, what they need, what they look for when analyzing CVs and cover letters, and during interviews.

We deliver services primarily in Warsaw, Krakow, and Katowice, with online collaboration for clients located elsewhere. Most of our clients come to us through recommendations.
