We are CONFIDENCE SEARCH A/S, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Odense, Denmark.

We were established by experienced headhunters with national and international experience, and we have experience in handling assignments at executive, management and specialist levels. We aim to provide our customers and candidates with a professional, efficient and reliable recruitment process.

Our approach to finding the right competences at the right time involves a quick and efficient search in relevant industries and companies. We identify potential candidates via a combination of search, advertising (not for anonymous recruitment), our network and other sources. We ensure a broad field of qualified candidates who are selected, qualified, interviewed, tested and reference checked before we introduce them to our customers. This way, we know our candidates before the customer and candidate meet.

We are experienced in Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT/Telco, Advisory Business, Consultancy and Facility Management. We specialize in search, recruitment, headhunting and networking. We operate in Denmark and have locations in Odense, Brøndby and Aarhus.
