We are DESTEK İK, a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey.

We connect companies with economically and socially disadvantaged individuals who can participate in employment, helping them find jobs while also meeting staffing needs with professional and skilled personnel. In short, we operate as an innovative social enterprise that finds the right people for the right jobs at the right time, while enabling the employment of disadvantaged groups.

We bring deep field experience to our work, recognizing that people are more than their CVs, and we take the time to learn their stories and get to know them. At the same time, we recognize that people make up the whole of an organization, and we use this field experience to address companies' selection and placement needs. In fulfilling this, we also enable the inclusion of disadvantaged individuals in the employment process through our approach.
