Vision: Inspire every employer to believe graduates can be changemakers to their organisation What we do: 1) Help employers and graduates find each other through Tanzania's only centralised database of university graduates 2) Run campus marketing campaigns for companies wishing to boost their brand awareness among Tanzania's brightest students 3) Match employers with graduates who meet their business needs, through in-depth job design and rigorous screening 4) Improve graduates' performance on the job through career counselling Why we do it: 1) Currently, employers and graduates find each other by luck. There are no reliable channels for employers to find graduates who are suited to their needs, and no comprehensive platform that displays Tanzania's full range of opportunities to graduates. 2) Even some larger companies with dedicated HR departments struggle to attract graduates in an effective way - especially those with few consumer-facing operations. 3) Many bad hires later, many employers no longer believe in or even trust Tanzanian graduates, preferring instead to hire for experience or from abroad. 4) Now out of school with no more financial support, graduates' only option to develop their profiles is to learn on the job, yet this process is haphazard at best and, in the worst cases, not fast enough to outlast their employers' patience.
