We are ENIDEA, the Hellenic Federation of Private Employment Services, a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2002 and are headquartered in Athens, Greece.

Our purpose is non-profit and we provide mutual support to our members for the purposes of information and for the best possible use of our activities. We work to showcase the role of employment in the proper functioning of the labor market and in the development of the Greek economy. We aim to enhance decent working conditions through greater penetration of private employment companies, fight unemployment through employment, reduce undeclared work, and formulate, implement and disseminate good practices in employment services. We work closely with governmental agencies and organizations, social partners and foreign organizations to achieve these aims. We are a member of the World Employment Confederation and World Employment Confederation – Europe, part of WEC.

To advance these aims, we provide mutual information and support to our members and collaborate with governmental agencies and organizations, social partners and foreign organizations to promote employment and decent working conditions and to disseminate good practices in employment services.

We operate nationally within Greece and are headquartered in Athens.

We are the voice of recruitment, staffing and workforce solutions at the national level, connecting representatives of our sector and engaging with government bodies, social partners and foreign organizations through the World Employment Confederation networks (including World Employment Confederation – Europe).
