We pursue our approach through a structured, process-driven model. We manage offers and candidates through our Talent Tracking System (TTS), a digital platform developed in-house, which supports screening with up to six filters: requirements, technical skills, financial status (Experian), soft skills, video presentations, and interviews, all with scoring and KPI-based ranking and online dossier management. We also publish opportunities under the Database Registry to enable immediate coverage of strategic roles, ensuring that candidates are evaluated and ready to interview within 48 hours.
