Executive Search Nusantara - Indonesia is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1983 and are headquartered in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia.

We are part of the Executive Search Network - Asia. We have on-the-ground capabilities in Indonesia (HQ), Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore, with coverage of Vietnam, Laos and Myanmar. We also maintain correspondents in the Philippines, North and South America, North and South Asia, and Australia and New Zealand.

We conduct senior level executive search using techniques including EQ evaluation, conjoint analysis and Six Sigma principles.
