Fabrica de Vendedores is a privately held project developed by Kapacitar SAS, operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2011 and we are headquartered in Bogotá, Colombia.

Our purpose is to train sales professionals at no cost and connect them with the companies that need them. We believe in a win-win arrangement: the salespeople receive training and professional placement for free, while the companies shorten their induction and training processes. Our aim is to save resources, save time, increase efficiency, and enable companies to focus on their core competency. Since 2011 we have worked with various companies in Colombia, particularly in the retail sector, who have trusted us. Through our support these companies have received additional benefits that we can share in a call or appointment. We deliver our services through recruitment and training processes, focusing on how we connect talent with opportunity. We recruit and train salespeople, provide recruitment advisory for sales, and conduct headhunting for commercial positions. We operate as a vendor agency, offer HR support, and provide training. We select and train salespeople for the retail sector, and we handle personnel selection.
