Falcon Consulting Services is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Manama, Bahrain.

We were incorporated in 2021 to supply the total recruitment solution to the business world. We have established a market standing in this global business world with all-round accomplished qualified consultants.

We recognise executive search is most effective where the candidate population is characterized and identifiable. Working at senior management level, we establish client relations carefully, study their corporate cultures thoroughly, and analyze candidate profiles rigorously to ensure cultural capability and a successful match. We emphasise investing time and effort in understanding the organization's needs and developing an agreed candidate-profile. Existing databases are used to provide structure for the search, not as the expected source of candidates.
