Fauji Foundation - HR (eJobSpire), we are a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.

We operate a web portal under the Fauji Foundation umbrella that provides candidates the ability to register, search for jobs, and manage their accounts, with each candidate having a personal homepage. Employers who publish jobs can register to the portal, create their own accounts, and post jobs to the portal’s database. Registered employers can add or remove jobs, and these postings are visible to candidates who can contact the concerned person for the job.

We deliver our services through the eJobSpire web portal in a straightforward, process-oriented manner. We support candidates by providing accounts and a homepage to manage information and search for opportunities, and we support employers by enabling registration, account creation, and posting of jobs.

In the staffing and recruiting field, we operate the eJobSpire platform to connect job seekers with employers.
