We are Fauve, a partnership operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Montreal, Canada.

We began with a simple question: why not extend the same care and rigor of executive search to mid-level leadership positions? From this question Fauve was born, a bold vision for our profession and intrapreneurship. Ten years on, with a presence in Canada and four offices in France, we are committed not only to our clients, but to the professional and personal development of each and every one of us — all to create a sustainable impact for all our stakeholders.
