Federmanager Treviso e Belluno, we are a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1945 and are headquartered in Treviso, Italy.

We represent and protect, in a unified and exclusive manner, 180,000 executives in service and retired from goods- and services-producing enterprises. Our members range from newly appointed managers to general directors and chief executive officers, operating in all sectors of private industry and state-participated entities, as well as in ancillary and complementary activities of industry. In representation of industrial executives, we stipulate and manage the national collective labor agreements with Confindustria, Confapi, Confservizi, Confitarma, Fedarlinea, and Fieg, and we establish company-level or supplementary contracts with large industrial groups. We undertake political and parliamentary initiatives to enhance the managerial role and to protect the interests of managers, and we realize our institutional aims through category entities. Through our partners, we offer services for the manager and for their families. We are present across the country through 58 territorial associations that provide managers with contractual, pension, legal, and tax consultations and carry out cultural, educational, and networking initiatives.
