FeedbackLoop is a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Milan, Italy.

We are a platform of 'peer-to-peer continuous feedback' aimed at positively evolving behaviours within the working team. FeedbackLoop allows people to continuously and easily express their feedback about colleagues’ behaviours. Individuals with information can adapt their behaviour, and companies can enable peer-to-peer coaching and mentorship networks. We recognise that the way large organisations operate was inherited from the Factory System of the industrial age. We are in a completely new environment characterised by uncertainty, volatility, turbulence. All is service and experience, and organisations are looking for new frameworks to generate value in a path of continuous innovation. We see the emergence of a new way of working, always in teams, cross functions, cross region, often virtual, with external and internal professionals involved. We consider how traditional practices to manage assessment, performance and development can fit in this new way of working.

We deliver through a platform that enables peer-to-peer feedback and supports coaching and mentorship networks within organisations. We focus on enabling individuals to share feedback and to use it for development as teams and cross-functional groups collaborate in a modern working environment.
